Walter Mazzarri has reportedly turned down the chance to become Japan CT, with Roma waiting in the wings.
The Coach is currently out of work, having been dismissed by Inter in November, and has previously been linked with the Giallorossi.
According to this morning’s Tuttosport, the former Napoli tactician was approached by Japan, after being rejected by former Azzurri CT Cesare Prandelli.
The newspaper reports that Mazzarri turned down the job, after being informally approached by both Fiorentina and Roma in recent weeks.
