“I don’t think there’s much chance, but with 18 points to play for we have to think positive,” Mancini noted in his pre-match Press conference.

“I don’t think there’s much chance, but with 18 points to play for we have to think positive,” Mancini noted in his pre-match Press conference.

“Napoli are a good team even without [Gonzalo] Higuain, who has made the difference. [Manolo] Gabbiadini will play, who is very good, so we’ll have to be very careful.”

Mancini famously led Manchester City to the Premier League title, and was asked about Liverpool’s dramatic 4-3 win over Borussia Dortmund in the Europa League.

“I didn’t see the game, but I know Anfield is amazing when there’s a comeback. I don’t think there could be a game like that in Italy.

“I hope tomorrow night will be beautiful, there will be two great teams playing and I hope that’s the experience.”
