Gianluca Mancini and Matteo Politano have already left the Italy squad, but Matteo Pessina remains with the group for now.

Italy CT Roberto Mancini named his squad for Euro 2020 last night, excluding the Roma defender, Napoli attacker and Atalanta midfielder from the final crop.

The Azzurri are in Group A with Switzerland, Turkey and Wales, opening the tournament at the Stadio Olimpico on June 11.

Sassuolo forward Giacomo Raspadori was included in the 26-man squad and Mancini thus had to cut three players from the provisional squad.

After the official list of the Azzurri players for this summers European Championship, Mancini and Politano left the retreat this morning and returned to their respective clubs.

Pessina, on the other hand, remains attached to the group.
