Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku hit the headlines following Inter‘s 3-0 win over Spezia, and fans on social media praised the strike partnership that reunited after one year.

The Belgian forward returned to Inter after a disappointing spell at Chelsea, where he had failed to justify his €113m price tag. He is on loan at Inter but surely hopes to remain at the club long-term.

Their San Siro reunion was surely the biggest talking point from last night’s 3-0 win against Spezia that also saw Hakan Calhanoglu and Joaquin Correa put their names on the scoresheet.

Inter boss Simone Inzaghi said he hopes his men will score 100 goals this season, while Lautaro revealed he had spoken to Lukaku every day during the striker’s stay at Chelsea.
