Monza director Adriano Galliani visited the famous Maradona mural in the Quartieri Spagnoli in Naples ahead of today’s match against the Partenopei.

Monza play their second-ever Serie A match at the Stadio Maradona at 17.30 UK time today. This morning, their director Galliani headed toward the Quartieri Spagnoli to pay tribute to Maradona.

The ex-Milan director left a Monza’s No.10 kit right under the famous mural representing the Argentinean legend.

The spot has become a must-see place in the city of Naples, especially after the death of Maradona on November 25, 2020.

Galliani took selfies with some Napoli fans and said it was “impossible not to pay tribute to the great Diego.”
