The former Juventus and Italy tactician was a recipient of the Golden Foot award for his contribution to world football.
“You never get tired of winning trophies, but there are those that come near the end of the career and, considering the other names I am alongside, it makes me very proud,” the 2006 World Cup winner told TMW.

The current Juve side is top of the Serie A table after seven consecutive Scudetti and comfortably leading the Champions League group too.
“Cristiano Ronaldo is an added bonus to the Juventus squad, but the general level of the team is so very high already. I think they have the same odds of winning as Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain. I used to see Juve as a step behind, but now they are on the same level.
“In Serie A, only Napoli and Inter can cause a few problems, but at the end of the day they won’t be able to prevent another Juve title.”
