La Gazzetta dello Sport reveals the ruling will not be determined today, as first thought, as Lazio appealed the decision of not giving the Biancocelesti a win by default.

Torino didn’t turn up for the League match scheduled for March 2 and the Lega Serie A eventually postponed the game due to the coronavirus outbreak stopping the Granata from travelling.

Then the Sporting Judge had ruled for ‘force majeure’ denying Lazio a win over the table, a decision the Aquile decided to appeal.

After the judgment of the Court of Appeal, only the eventual appeal to the College of Guarantee at CONI will remain.

The CONI Court of Guarantee gave Napoli reason to overturn the 3-0 defeat by default to Juventus for a similar incident and the match initially scheduled for October last year has been postponed to April 7.
