Pogba has been linked with a move to Real Madrid, but the report states he would prefer a return to Italy and the outlet reveals that Man Utd will ask to include the Argentine starlet Martinez in a deal with the Milan club.

Due to an ankle injury, Pogba has only played seven times in the Premier League this season and the Red Devils are currently fifth in the table – five points behind Chelsea at fourth.

Lautaro has scored eight goals in 16 Serie A games this term and has impressed in his second season at the Giuseppe Meazza.

The 22-year-old came to Inter from Racing Club in the summer 2018, when they paid €23m for his signature.
