Juventus have reportedly given Daniele Rugani four options to choose from, including Empoli, Verona and Galatasaray.

According to Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà, the centre-back is not part of Max Allegri’s plans going forward.

His contract runs to June 2024, so he could be allowed to leave on loan, in which case Empoli and Hellas Verona would be interested.

There is one club prepared to pay in order to purchase Rugani for €10m, specifically Galatasaray, but the 28-year-old is not enthusiastic about the idea of moving to Turkey.

Another potential option would be for Rugani to remain at Juventus, albeit in the knowledge he’ll get even less playing time than last season.

He is a product of the Bianconeri youth academy, who had loans at Empoli, Rennes and Cagliari.

If Rugani is sold, then Juventus will likely go for Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic, who would cost close to €18m and has also been approached by Inter.

  1. 28yrs old and they guys never improved, what happened to this guy? from day day i always felt he was timid

  2. Very disappointing. 5-6 years ago , it was heralded that Rugani, Romagnoli and Caldara were to be the mainstay in Azzurri defence. None of them are even close to getting a call-up now :(.

  3. Juve ruined all talents. Now including vlahovic. He can’t score as much when he was at florentina. Make me wonder, wtf juve
