Vecino had already worked with Sarri at Empoli and they will be together again after the Uruguay international, a free agent, signed a three-year contract with Lazio.
Meanwhile, Inter loaned Lazaro to Torino with an option to buy at the end of the season.
Djuricic was a free agent after leaving Sassuolo and has returned to Sampdoria, which he left in 2018.
