Multiple reports claim Juventus and Manchester United have reached an agreement over Adrien Rabiot’s move to Old Trafford.

The Athletic reported earlier this morning that the Red Devils were strongly interested in the France international who has a year left in his contract at the Allianz Stadium.

Now, the Manchester Evening News and Sky Sport Italia claim the two clubs have reached an agreement over the midfielder’s move to England, but the Red Devils must now negotiate with the player’s agent and mother, Veronique.

Rabiot is one of the highest earners at the Allianz Stadium, with a €7m-a-year salary.

Romeo Agresti and Fabrizio Romano deny that Juventus and Manchester United already have an agreement in place, although that is not seen as an issue given that the Bianconeri are open to selling their midfielder.

He joined Juventus on a free transfer from PSG in 2019 and has scored six goals in 129 competitive appearances with the Bianconeri.

Juventus have targeted both Leandro Paredes (PSG) and Davide Frattesi of Sassuolo. One of them, if not both, could move to Turin if Rabiot reaches an agreement with Manchester United.

  1. CALMAAA!!!!
I don’t see a transfer fee. Are we to think all the hard work PHD Max did on Rabiot was free?!?!
    What’s the transfer fee?

  2. Great deal for Juve if it goes through.

Those clowns in england will pay way over the odds too.

If it happens, it’s nice to see Serie A can still dump some of its rubbish in England instead of the other way around like it usually goes nowadays.

  3. Ramsey, Bernardeschi and Rabiot Gone!
Only Arthur, Rugani and Sandro left and mission “drain the swamp” is successful.

  4. Whoever is in charge of Uniteds scouting department? Ronald Mcdonald could do a better job.

  5. The best part about this is that United will probably offer him £290k a week. They’ve swapped Pogba for Rabiot.

  6. Fatecisognare, I’d like to introduce you to LORD ALLEGRI PATRON SAINT OF SLOW BALL. He may have an explanation for why certain players seem to play better when they leave Juventus.

  7. @LORD ALLEGRI PATRON SAINT OF SLOW BALL

Allegri has a long schlong?? Are you sure, because going by the way he sets up his team to play – penetration free football – Allegri strikes me as someone who miay be inverted downstairs.

  8. @Bruno – Tantra Max loves the tease and the build-up only to spoil the finale. I’ve stopped my subscriptions so I can save myself from the frustration of going 1-0 up at the 5th minute only to go 1-1 at the 89th minute. I hope to hear of some good football elsewhere in Serie A this season.

  9. Players have left Juve and have done better for other clubs this happens… with different tactics leagues etc and could easily happen with Rabiot as 15 million for a relatively young player in his prime is reasonable to take a chance on, De Jong would have cost 5x this its obvious united doesn’t want to go there for this player and has chosen a number 2 replacement in Rabiot
    Good Luck to him!

  10. Offloading Rabiot`s wage from Juventus would be a great success, I wonder how much the fools in Manchester will pay for him LOL
