Italian media believe the Serie A champions have sent scouts to watch Isak, with a January transfer swoop on the cards.

Should the Turin club land their target, it is said they could send him on loan to Cagliari until the end of the season before incorporating him into first team plans next summer.

The Sardinian club were interested in Isak during the close-season, but were unable to prise the forward away from Sweden.
