Inter coach Simone Inzaghi said Alessandro Bastoni is out and that he will discuss with the South Americans returning from international duty before deciding the formation against Sampdoria.

The World Cup Qualifiers are giving Serie A coaches headache ahead of the third round of fixtures and Inzaghi has revealed he will talk to the players returning from their international duty today.

Juventus have left out the South Americans from the squad travelling to Napoli today and Inzaghi might be forced to do the same for their trip to Genoa.

“Tomorrow, I have to evaluate for the formation, today I will see the four South Americans who arrived between last night and this morning,” Inzaghi said.

“I will talk to them in the session today, this time I won’t have a lot of options but I will have to understand who have recovered from the hardships with the national teams.

“[Alessandro] Bastoni returned tired, he’s certainly out tomorrow. Yesterday, he was in pain and on Monday he will be examined.

“It’s an absence that will affect us, but I have Kolarov, Dimarco and D’Ambrosio.”
