Inter are confident they can convince Torino to lower the Gleison Bremer asking price to €35m and do a deal by Monday, claim Sky Sport Italia.

There had already been reports of developments today with agent Paolo Busardò spotted meeting Torino director of sport Davide Vagnati, then driving off together to continue discussions.

According to Sky Sport Italia transfer pundit Gianluca Di Marzio, there was significant progress today with Bremer reiterating he has his heart set on Inter and wants Toro to make the move easier for him.

There had been suggestions of a €50m price-tag set by President Urbano Cairo, but that is unrealistic considering the presence of a release clause in his contract worth €15m from January 2023.

Because of that, and Bremer’s determination to get this deal done, Inter are confident they can reach an agreement at €35m including performance-related bonuses.

They hope to have the Brazilian centre-back ready for a medical by Monday.

This in turn would allow Milan Skriniar to make the switch to Paris Saint-Germain, with the price-tag set at €70m including add-ons.

  1. Just save the money and ask Cafu Handanovic to fill one void job done. Spurs are leading the race and now Man City have entered the frame. If City come with an offer then it is game over. The choice is easy. On on hand you get Pep and on the other you get Conte. PhD Simone is the arse option. A more realistic target for $Inter is Otamendi, Pepe or CRAIG FORSYTH of Derby County. That is realistic for them.

  2. Genius move by Don Beppe once again and showing his former club how to hold out with regards to Skriniar. Looks like another defender has snubbed the 7/9 CL losers. Took think they had Mandragora who could have been used as a bargaining chip makes it even more hilarious. Just bring back Secco and the circus is complete.
