Joao Pedro would seem to be heading towards Turkey, but the Cagliari forward is the subject of a bidding war between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.
The Brazil-born Italy international is on his way out of Cagliari following their relegation to Serie B.
He would appear to be destined for a future in the Turkish Super Lig, and specifically Istanbul, but the exact destination is yet to be confirmed.
According to Sportitalia, Fenerbahce had made a proposal worth €6m and have now been overtaken by Galatasaray with a bid of €6.8m.
Cagliari have it in their interest to continue the bidding war, especially as they had originally asked Torino and Salernitana for €10m to release Joao Pedro.
The 30-year-old was also linked with Monza and Valencia as he is set to leave Cagliari after eight years.
He found the net 13 times with four assists in 37 Serie A appearances last season, but was unable to prevent their relegation to Serie B.
Goof to see him getting a second chance.
