Inter are hoping to beat Juventus and Milan to yet another shared transfer target, this time Spezia right-back Emil Holm.

The 23-year-old plays on the right side of either defence or a five-man midfield and has two senior caps for Sweden under his belt.

Following Spezia’s relegation to Serie B, Holm is looking to move on and has no shortage of interested clubs.

They include Juventus, Torino, Atalanta, Milan and Inter, who are all preparing an offer.

According to Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedulla, Inter hope to beat the competition yet again, after securing Davide Frattesi from Sassuolo and free agent Marcus Thuram.

The Nerazzurri hope to do a deal with Spezia to get him on loan with option or obligation to buy for somewhere between €12m and €15m.

The cost of the operation could be lowered with the inclusion of a player exchange from the youth academy, for example striker Francesco Pio Esposito, who is set to join Spezia on loan regardless of Holm.
