The Swede is sought after by a wealth of European clubs and has been linked with Serie A on numerous occasions.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, however, the 34-year-old is most likely to spend another year in Paris.

The player enjoys the trust of everyone in the club, including President Nasser Al Khelaifi. Furthermore Al Thani, one of the major shareholders in the Qatar investment group that owns PSG, is apparently thinking of taking Ibrahimovic to the Middle East in the middle-term future, with a view to using him as a testimonial for the World Cup in 2022.

On that account, it is believe that Ibra will be offered another year with the French club, at the same salary of €12m, before taking a huge offer of €50m to head out to Qatar.

Italian teams wishing to sign the Swedish giant will therefore have to present a very substantial financial offer to lure him away.
