It is expected that the Serie A champions will confirm their intention to allow the former Napoli striker to leave the club, provided they can attract of around €60m for his services.

New Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is keen for a reunion with Higuain, who he worked with while the duo were at San Paolo.

There is also interest from the Rossoneri, but any agreement is likely to depend on a string of other negotiations taking place between Juve, the Blues and the San Siro club.

As well as Higuain, both Chelsea and Milan are interested in signing Old Lady defender Mattia Caldara, while Milan captain Leonardo Bonucci wants to re-join Juve a year after leaving.
