Antonio Conte has reportedly asked Juventus to consider making a bid for Lazio ace Hernanes this summer.

Conte is expected to be confirmed as the new Juve boss once this campaign ends and he's already talked about transfers, according to reports.

Stories in Rome claim that Conte has been impressed with the South American's performances at Lazio and he'd like him at his disposal next term.

However, signing the 26-year-old would not be an easy job for Juventus director general Beppe Marotta.

However, signing the 26-year-old would not be an easy job for Juventus director general Beppe Marotta.

Lazio President Claudio Lotito is a tough negotiator and would want a substantial fee to even consider the sale of the midfielder.

A bid would also depend on whether Lazio will be playing in the Champions League next season. If they are then the Biancocelesti wouldn't release the Brazilian.

Lazio are currently fifth in Serie A. In order to finish fourth, they have to beat Lecce and hope that Milan defeat Udinese on Sunday.
