“I honestly didn’t expect Napoli’s win in Rome,” Martin Petras, one of Hamsik’s agents, admitted on Radio Crc.

“Juventus have won two, as have Napoli. Inter were one of the favourites but they only have one point, Lazio have two losses and Roma play today.
“The Napoli squad has stayed together and improved, it’s a great group with important strength.
“There’s an obligation to try to win the Scudetto and they have to focus on that. Then slowly the other things will come out, it just takes a bit of patience.”
Hamsik has been moved into a new, deeper role under Ancelotti but his performances in the first two games were solid but not spectacular.
“We can’t expect that he’ll have 7/10 every game, it takes time and there will be ups and downs. We hope there will be more ups.
“It’s a new role that he can only learn by playing, there’s a need for patience too.”
