Francesco Guidolin fears Udinese are going into hidden dangers against Cesena. “I am concentrated on this game, but the team has to be too.”

The Friulani are just two points adrift of joint Serie A leaders Milan and Juventus” data-scaytid=”33″>Juventus, so play their first match of 2012 in the Sunday lunch-time kick-off.

“I have been concentrated on this game for a few days, but the team has to be too,” warned the Coach.

“Our start to 2012 has been a bit strange, as we have many players who flew in from their Christmas breaks halfway across the world, so it was right to give them a little more rest.

“On the one hand the break regenerated us, but on the other it always presents hidden dangers. This is a tricky match with Cesena, especially with the quality of our opponents who are doing very well recently.

“Undoubtedly, there are question marks after such a long break, even though it allowed us to recharge our batteries.”

Udinese will face Cesena midfielder Antonio Candreva, who is still owned by the Friulani and will therefore be eager to impress.

“Candreva has undoubted quality, but in all honesty, I only trained him for about a month. He probably needs to find the right environment to play with more consistency. He has everything he needs to be an important player.”
