The Bianconeri are in dire form at the moment after back-to-back defeats against Parma and Napoli.

“We can go through to the next round. I believe in our chances,” assured Catania Coach Giampaolo.

“Big clubs usually give very little importance to the Coppa Italia in the early stages, but at the end of the season it becomes the classic competition everyone clings to in order to win silverware. I expect Juventus to be motivated, but so will Catania.

“The quarter-finals are a realistic objective for us. If we confirm our recent performances, then we can get a result and beat Juventus.”

Catania have also lost their last two outings, but were very unlucky after initially leading both Roma and Inter.

“It was a great regret to emerge without a single point after such strong performances, as a positive result would've given us an impressive boost. I told my men to hold on tight and keep pushing.”
