According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, neither Inter nor Chelsea can get in touch with Romelu Lukaku’s lawyer Sebastien Ledure, so the striker’s transfer has been put on hold while Manchester United will announce André Onana on Saturday.

The pink paper reports Inter have agreed to send Onana to Old Trafford for €50m plus add-ons and bring back Lukaku from Chelsea for €35m. The report claims that the Red Devils will announce the signing of Onana on Saturday.

However, the Nerazzurri cannot finalise the Lukaku deal because neither they nor Chelsea have been able to get in touch with Ledure lately.

According to the report, Ledure has ‘broken the allegiance’ with the Nerazzurri, so the deal with Chelsea has been put on hold.

Ledure reportedly offered Lukaku to Milan a few weeks ago and is aware of Juventus‘ interest in the striker, but the Bianconeri can’t make a formal until they sell Dusan Vlahovic.

This means that the ball is now on Lukaku’s court, so the Belgian will need to decide whether to sign with the Nerazzurri without the mediation of Ledure or look for a new club.
