Adriano Galliani confirmed Robinho’s Santos talks are “static” and Milan can’t sign Carlos Tevez unless he leaves, but Kevin-Prince Boateng and Stephan El Shaarawy stay.

The Vice-President spoke to Sky Sport Italia about several different transfer stories that have been circulating.

“There are no offers for Boateng. The player has not requested a move, nor have any other clubs made enquiries,” said Galliani. “I met with Monaco, but it was purely a courtesy visit. Nobody believes me!

“As for Robinho, the negotiations with Santos are static. We are in talks, but have not reached any agreement on the figures.”

This situation is having a knock-on effect for Manchester City forward Tevez, who is targeted by both Milan and Juventus.

“Tevez is a Manchester City player and we will not be doing anything unless someone else leaves first. If another club wants to come forward for Tevez, then they are welcome to do so.

“If we do not sell one of our players, then we cannot make any other moves.”

El Shaarawy’s agent had expressed concern over the Italian international’s future today, but Galliani was reassuring.

“We never thought about sell him, there are no particular offers for him and at the moment everything is calm.”

Milan have been linked with a bid for Sampdoria midfielder Andrea Poli, offering striker M’Baye Niang in exchange.

“Poli could be of interest to us, but only if someone else leaves. There are no Sampdoria requests for Niang.

“We believe that the squad is competitive, so if we do not sell anyone then we won’t bring anyone else in.”

Galliani also denied ever talking to Inter about exchanging Antonio Nocerino with Ricky Alvarez, while noted it was “obvious” the rumour of negotiations for Udinese hitman Antonio Di Natale was false.
