The changes to the Serie A fixture list have been announced for Weeks 34, 35, 36 and 37.
The final round is set to be played simultaneously at 14.00 UK time (13.00 GMT) on Sunday May 31.
As expected, Juventus–Cagliari has been brought forward to the Saturday, giving the Bianconeri more time to prepare for the Champions League semi-final with Real Madrid.
Torino–Empoli has been moved to May 6, therefore avoiding a clash with both the anniversary of the Superga tragedy and Juventus-Real Madrid in the city.
