Juventus President Gianluca Ferrero gave supporters his word that the club will soon ‘be back to winning ways’ at a meeting of representatives from official supporters groups from across the globe at the OGR in Turin.
The Bianconeri chief has already promised that the board will defend the club ‘with all their strength’ in the courtroom as they wade their way through the Prisma investigation.
Ferrero admitted that recent months have been a difficult chapter in Juve’s history, although remained adamant that the team will soon be back to lifting trophies.
He told supporters: “We don’t need to hide it, we are going through a complicated period right now. But your closeness and above all the fans complete the strength of this team. We are all doing our duty at this stage, you as the fans and the team on the pitch with their winning streak.
“Let’s remember that Juve is a great team, the history of Juve is as centurions. Juve have won everything there was to win, they are national and international champions.
“Juve are strong, in the recent past they have scored a series of extraordinary victories. Let’s start again, we’ll be back to winning like we always have. Forza Juve.”
