Juventus starlet Nicolò Fagioli has fulfilled the dream of scoring his first goal for Juventus in Turin and was praised by former teammate Alvaro Morata: ‘Finally, it’s your moment.’
The Italy starlet scored his second consecutive goal against the Nerazzurri last night, one week after his winner in an away 1-0 win over Lecce.
Fagioli, a product of Juventus academy and a die-hard fan of the Old Lady, reacted to his goal against Inter on Instagram, posting a picture of his celebration and writing: ‘Vamos, what a dream.’
His friend and former teammate Alvaro Morata commented on the post, saying: ‘Finally, it’s your moment.’
The Atletico Madrid forward is a close friend of Fagioli. The duo spent holidays together last summer.
Back in 2019, Fagioli wrote on Instagram that he ‘dreamed of scoring under the Curva’ and has now fulfilled his desire.
The 21-year-old broke into tears last week after scoring his first-ever goal in a black-and-white shirt.
Fagioli signed a contract until 2026 last summer after returning from a one-year loan at Cremonese in Serie B where he had scored three goals and delivered seven assists in 33 appearances, helping the Grigiorossi earn Serie A promotion.
