The Juventus and Napoli President are going to meet in Florence's Four Season hotel today, sources have told Football Italia.

Earlier this week, Napoli won their appeal against the defeat to Juventus, so the game will have to be replayed and the point penalty was revoked.

Napoli were handed a 3-0 defeat by default and docked one point in the table after they hadn’t shown up at the Allianz Stadium for their game against Juventus on October 4, as they had two players positive for COVID.

The reason of the meeting could also be linked to transfers as the Old Lady are interested in signing both Arek Milik and Fernando Llorente.

The contract of the Poland striker will expire in June, but Napoli are open to selling him for €15-18m in January.

Llorente’s contract also expires at the end of the season and Juventus could sign him in the January transfer window if Napoli terminate his contract early.

Juventus and Napoli will meet for the first time on the pitch this season on January 20 when they will play the Italian Supercup final at Reggio Emilia's Mapei Stadium.
