The FIGC protocols states a game can go ahead if a team has 13 players available, including one goalkeeper.

Each club, however, can use a ‘jolly’ and ask the postponement of one match even if they have more than 13 players eligible to play.

Frosinone decided to play the game and managed a draw.

Pordenone’s Davide Diaw gave the visitors the lead in the first half, while Piotr Parzyszek levelled the game after 84 minutes.

“Today the team played a great game,” Nesta said at a press conference after the game.

“I simply tried to convey serenity and trust to my players. I see these guys every day, I knew they could play with quality. I am happy because the group continues to grow. We are stronger and more aware than what we used to be. We need to follow this way, with enthusiasm and self-belief.”
