“Dzeko will resume training today, so he could be a substitute,” he said at a Press conference.

“He hasn’t played for three weeks, so it’s impossible to see him start. De Rossi will also train with the team today and we’ll assess him daily.

“Juve? They’ve shown themselves to be the best team in Italy for many years now. Roma have never picked up a good result in Turin, but maybe we’ll put in a great performance tomorrow.

“We’ll have to be at a great level mentally, technically and physically: they are essential factors to have a great game.

“Zaniolo or Schick in attack? Piatek made it difficult to see Zaniolo against Genoa. When you try things, you learn if the solution works or doesn’t and I didn’t get any answers from Zaniolo in that position.

“Cengiz Under, Schick and Kluivert can play there or I’ll go with two strikers, but I still need to assess Cengiz because he hasn’t trained with the team.

“Florenzi? I’d like to keep my XI hidden but he could play as a full-back or a winger. We’ll see.

“Distance from Juventus? Juve don’t surprise me. We’ve done less than we should have, so we can do better.

“It’s inevitable that this team will have to do something in the market, but I haven’t talked to Pallotta about it.

“We discussed what we had to do to get to December 29 with as many points as possible, but it’s inevitable. We can’t not move.

“Ronaldo? For me he’s Juve’s most dangerous player and a great champion. He’ll be quiet and then suddenly hit you. That’s why I’d prefer him not to play.”
