Milan have formally asked Lega Serie A to postpone their game against Frosinone next week to avoid giving Atalanta an advantage.

The Dea’s next match – a trip to Juve – has been moved to Sunday evening so the Bianconeri can hold Scudetto celebrations.

However, Corriere della Sera expects Serie A to knock back the plea as it would then be obliged to reschedule games involving Roma and Torino.

The Rossoneri beat Fiorentina 1-0 on Saturday to hang on in the race for Champions League qualification.

“We really believe, let’s win these last two games then see what happens,” Donnarumma told Sport Mediaset.

“I hope Juventus do their job, but let’s look at ourselves and then take stock at the end of the season.”
