Fiorentina have finally agreed a deal to bring Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Patrick Cutrone back to Italy.

Sky Sport Italia reports Fiorentina will take Cutrone on loan until the end of next season, at which point they will be obliged to buy him.

The former Milan hitman only moved to Wolves last summer in a deal worth €18m plus bonuses.

However, he struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League, scoring just three goals in 24 appearances at Molineux.

Meanwhile, surplus Viola midfielder Sebastian Cristoforo is on his way to Spanish side Eibar.

Sky claims Cristoforo will move on loan with obligation to buy, depending on how many games he plays.
