  1. If he loved it there so much, why did he leave? Good luck Manchester enjoy the disruption, it’s all about him. Maybe you can teach him how to take free kicks again.

  2. Too bad this was another bad sell. Economically speaking. Couldnt even get 30mil for him from the billionaire empire ManU… the management cant do proper business without Marotta for years now.

  3. Team needed to sell him close to 30 million to avoid a capital loss. So what do they do, sell him for 23 million…to ensure a capital loss. Ohhh, I see the grand business plan there, brilliant accounting department they have. And here I was thinking how much Inter were shooting themselves in the foot a few weeks ago…Juventus have spectacularly outdone them. As bad as Torino are, they seem to be the better mis-managed team in town.

  4. @Vik – I agree… incredible we couldn’t even get this right and get the $30m and upfront for Serie A’s top scorer last season. I shouldn’t be surprised at this point.

  5. They took a capital loss on Amortized value vs sale, however don’t forget the wages saving which is a net positive

  6. I am just happy he is gone. Team might end up failing this season, but at least will be less plastic then it was these last 3 years.
And I certainly hope Icardi will not arrive, another ego-maniac is the last thing needed.
Let’s hope Dybala will have an injury free season, this could be his year
