Roma are believed to have completed a deal for Atalanta’s Bryan Cristante, who will have a medical tomorrow.

The midfielder spent last season on loan with the Orobici, who then bought him outright from Benfica.

It quickly became clear that he would immediately be sold on, with Inter and Juventus joining the Giallorossi in the race for his signature.

Now though Sky Italia is reporting that the capital club has won the race, agreeing a deal worth a total of €30m, bonuses included.

The price could include Marco Tumminello in exchange, though there would probably be a buyback clause for the 19-year-old striker.

Cristante is expected to land at  Fiumicino at 19.10 local time this evening, before taking his medicals at the Villa Stuart clinic tomorrow.
