“I spoke with [sporting director Massimiliano] Mirabelli last week when I came to Milan,” Sergio Barila revealed, speaking to MilanNews.

“Bacca still has a two year contract, so at the moment he’s still a Milan player. If you ask me what Carlos wants I’ll tell you it’s to stay at Villarreal, just as Villarreal want to keep him.
“He has other offers, several clubs have called me, and we’re discussing with Mirabelli to find the best solution for Carlos.
“There will be other meetings with Milan to discuss it.”
