Brazilian prospect Kaio Jorge could be sent to Cremonese on loan after a tough debut season with Juventus.
The 20-year-old Brazilian forward signed for the Bianconeri last summer from Santos in a deal worth around €1.5m. He struggled for consistent minutes in the first half of the season and eventually found himself out of the first team by January. Things went from bad to worse when he suffered a serious tendon injury, forcing him to the sidelines for the rest of the season.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Cremonese previously expressed interest in Kaio Jorge and may look to return for him this summer as they work to strengthen their squad following their successful promotion from Serie B.
Sending the 20-year-old out on loan makes season for the Bianconeri as it gives him the time and space to recover from his injury, and then he’ll be able to get fit and gain an understanding of Italian football.
