Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara met with Hamed Junior Traorè’s entourage in Ibiza recently to discuss a possible summer move.

The 22-year-old Ivorian forward was one of the most exciting youngsters in Serie A this season, scoring seven goals and providing four assists in 31 league appearances. Contracted to the Neroverdi until 2024, he seems destined for a move to a top club soon, ready to show his skills on a bigger stage.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Traore’s new agents the Giuffrida brothers met with Maldini and Massara in Ibiza in the last few days, discussing the idea of a transfer to Milan this summer.

The 22-year-old is much appreciated by the Rossoneri but the €30m valuation made by Sassuolo has caused some alarm. For the time being it’s hard to imagine the Milanese club pulling off a deal for Traore, but things could change as the summer transfer window develops.

  1. Milan should just be happy they actually managed to win 1 scudetto after 12 long years. Once Juve get there act together it’s going to be another 9 or more years of pure abuse for them & Inter

  2. I think his best position is on the left where we have Leao and while he’s an obvious upgrade to Diaz for the AM position, we’d ideally need even more quality there.
