The Partenopei must cope without Kalidou Koulibaly, Zambo Anguissa and Adam Ounas (AFCON). Piotr Zielinski and Mario Rui have COVID, Victor Osimhen and Lorenzo Insigne are injured.

New Fiorentina signing Krzysztof Piatek has travelled to Naples, but will likely start on the bench, while Bartlomiej Dragowski will play his first game in more than three months after returning from a muscle injury.
