Jose Mourinho stressed it will be a different team against Bodo/Glimt this time around, but Roma are without captain Lorenzo Pellegrini.

The match kicks off at 20.00 UK time.

Much has happened at the Olimpico after the 6-1 defeat in Norway and Mourinho pointed out that the same players obviously won’t play in the return leg.

Bodo/Glimt coach Kjetil Knutsen said the players were looking forward to the match in the Eternal City, but the Norwegian champions expect to face a different Roma side this time around.

Mourinho won’t make too many changes from the defeat to Milan last weekend, and Rui Patricio should continue in goal.

Rick Karsdorp, Gianluca Mancini, Roger Ibanez and Riccardo Calafiori seem set to start in the back-four, while Bryan Cristante and Jordan Veretout should take place in the middle.

Nicolò Zaniolo, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Stephan El Shaarawy are expected to start in the attacking trident behind Tammy Abraham, who vowed to start showing his leadership after a difficult period.

Lorenzo Pellegrini is struggling with a knee problem and is absent when the Norwegians arrive.

Knutsen is not expected to make too many changes from the squad that smashed Roma in Bodo, with Ola Solbakken, Erik Botheim and Amahl Pellegrino set to continue up front in the 4-3-3 formation.

Probable line-ups: Roma vs. Bodo/Glimt

Roma (4-2-3-1): Rui Patricio; Karsdorp, Mancini, Ibanez, Calafiori; Cristante, Veretout; Zaniolo, Mkhitaryan, El Shaarawy; Abraham

Bodo/Glimt (4-3-3): Haikin; Sampsted, Moe, Lode, Bjorkan; Fet, Berg, Konradsen; Solbakken, Botheim, Pellegrino
