Garcia has still not agreed a contract renewal with Roma after setting several new club records in his maiden Serie A season.

Agent Pascal Boisseau was at the Trigoria training ground this week to negotiate a two-year contract worth €2.5m per season plus bonuses.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Garcia immediately turned down the informal request from Juve.

Conte has still not decided whether he will remain on the Bianconeri bench for next season, as he publicly demanded reassurances over their transfer strategy.
