Just one point separates Roma and Lazio from Inter, with all three sides going for just two Champions League places.

With Napoli and Juventus having long secured the top two spots and Milan cut adrift from the top four, it’s a three-way fight for Champions League qualification.

All three sides won in midweek, and Football Italia looks at their respective run-ins.

Roma

Even Lazio Coach Simone Inzaghi has admitted that the Giallorossi appear to have the easiest run-in of the three teams.

Eusebio Di Francesco’s side face Spal next weekend, and also take on Chievo, Cagliari and Sassuolo in their last five games.

It won’t all be plain sailing for the Giallorossi though, as they also have the Champions League semi-finals with Liverpool to contend with.

The capital club regularly drop points immediately after their European commitments, and four of their opponents are fighting for their Serie A lives at the bottom.

The other? Juventus, who visit the Stadio Olimpico in Week 37 and could still need points for the Scudetto.

Roma fixtures: Spal (A), Chievo (H), Cagliari (A), Juventus (H), Sassuolo (A)

Lazio

There’s no European football for Lazio after their collapse against Salzburg, but they face a number of Europa League contenders in the final weeks of the season.

Sampdoria, Torino and Atalanta represent the Biancocelesti’s next three fixtures, and they’re all going for Europe.

Crotone in Week 37 looks a winnable fixture, though the Squali did hold Juventus yesterday, while the visit of Inter on the final weekend could be decisive.

Lazio fixtures: Sampdoria (H), Torino (A), Atalanta (H), Crotone (A), Inter (H)

Inter

If Luciano Spalletti’s side are to achieve their minimum aim of a top-four place, they’ll have to do it the hard way.

The Nerazzurri have arguably the toughest run-in, facing Juventus at San Siro and Lazio in Rome.

Trips to Chievo and Udinese, as well as the home clash with Sassuolo, should bring three points, but it’s hard to tell with inconsistent Inter.

The Beneamata are a point behind the two capital clubs, so there’s even less room for error, but if they can maintain that gap to Lazio, a win at the Olimpico in Week 38 would seal a Champions League place.

Inter fixtures: Chievo (A), Juventus (H), Udinese (A), Sassuolo (H), Lazio (A)
