Cesena midfielder Marco Parolo insists that Coach Massimo Ficcadenti has the dressing room's backing despite a terrible run in Serie A.
The Seahorses have lost six of their last seven games in all competitions and currently lie 18th in Serie A with their next fixture being a daunting trip to Juventus.
Interviewed in Il Corriere dello Sport, Parolo said: "The group is united and compact. We are all rowing in the same direction.
"There is a unity of purpose and above all the team is with Ficcadenti.
