Cesena have admitted that they would allow Antonio Candreva to leave the club during the January transfer window.

The versatile midfielder has been paired with an exit this month and the Stadio Manuzzi outfit are ready to see him move on.

“We are prepared to let him go,” Cesena President Igor Campedelli exclusively told TMW on Monday afternoon.

“We’ll evaluate things with the player and his client. Saying that, we are in no rush whatsoever and the market is still long.”

The 24-year-old moved to the Stadio Manuzzi on loan in the summer after returning to parent club Udinese following stints at Juventus and Parma.

Candreva, an Italian international, is a versatile midfielder who can be used on the wing, in the middle or as a Trequartista.

Champions League outfit Napoli have been paired with an imminent move for the Roman – possibly in a swap deal including Mario Santana.
