Castagne joined the Orobici in the summer of 2017 for €6m and has one year left on his current contract.

The full-back scored four times in 28 Serie A games this season, while also scoring in his side's 3-0 win against Juventus in the Coppa Italia.

The Belgium international was close to signing with Celtic in January, but the move collapsed due to the Scottish Champions not meeting the €12m price tag.
