Sao Paulo have conceded that they will consider selling Serie A target Casemiro during the January transfer window.

The midfielder, who will be 20 in February, has been paired with both Milan and Inter over the last six months.

After initially insisting that the midfielder would not be sold, the Brazilian club are now ready to listen to offers.

“After we improved his salary his form dipped,” Sao Paulo President Juvenal Juvencio commented.

“He is wanted by a lot of sides in Europe and if we receive a good offer then we will sell him.

“I think an offer of around €10m will be sufficient for us.”

Casemiro first caught the eye of Europe’s top teams when he appeared in Brazil’s Under-20 World Cup winning side.
