The agent of available Juventus striker Amauri says he’s had no contact with Tottenham.

The English club were thought to be leading contenders to sign the Brazilian-born Italian international in January.

However, representative Giampiero Pocetta has claimed that he’s not had conversations with the Premiership outfit.

“I haven’t spoken to Tottenham,” the agent told TMW on Friday. “Only now are the first indications for the transfer market arriving.

“Let’s say that there are a number of solutions that we are beginning to take into consideration for the player.

“A move to Genoa? They are an important club, but, as I said before, we are considering things and we’ll just have to wait and see.”

Amauri, who spent the first six months of 2011 on loan at Parma, hasn’t played for Juventus this term after he rejected a summer move to Marseille on transfer deadline day.

However, he will quit the club next month seeing as his contract in Turin is set to expire in June 2012.
