According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Brescia President Massimo Cellino urged Milan to respect the agreement to make Sandro Tonali’s move permanent by today or the Italy starlet will move elsewhere.

Tonali joined Milan on loan with an option to buy last summer. The Rossoneri paid €10m for the player’s loan and can sign him permanently for €15m plus €10m add-ons.

Brescia have already agreed to lower the bonus fee to €5m, but according to La Gazzetta dello Sport and Il Corriere dello Sport, the Serie B side will not give any discount on the fee Milan must pay to sign Tonali permanently.

Both papers report Milan have offered Giacomo Olzer to lower Tonali’s fee, but Brescia President Cellino wants cash only.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the former Leeds patron has urged Milan to respect the agreement and pay the full €15m fee by today to sign Tonali permanently, otherwise, the 21-year-old will return to Brescia and move somewhere else.

Tonali did little to justify his price tag in his first season at Milan having failed to score a goal or deliver an assist in  37 appearances across all competitions.
