Tuttosport are running a story that Atletico Madrid are looking at the Italy international as part of their strategy to replace Diego Costa.

It is reported that Los Colchoneros have come in with an offer of €15m for Cerci, but that this falls below Cairo’s believed €20m asking price.

However, at the same time, €15m is believed to be the value Milan also hold the player in. It is speculated that, based on good relations between the clubs which include the terms negotiated on Antonio Nocerino’s loan, a deal between Toro and the Rossoneri at that same price is plausible.
