Silvio Berlusconi has apparently approved moves for Alessio Cerci and Sime Vrsaljko, but only if Milan first sell some players.

The President and owner of the Rossoneri yesterday evening met with new Coach Pippo Inzaghi and Vice-President Adriano Galliani at his property in Arcore on the outskirts of Milan.

Understood to be centred on the club’s intentions in the transfer window, the Gazzetta dello Sport lead with suggestions that interest in Torino’s Cerci and Genoa’s Vrsaljko was top of the agenda.

It is reported that Berlusconi has given his ok to both these moves – rumoured as having been discussed in recent days with the respective clubs – but on the proviso that the current squad is first cut down in size.

On from Ricky Kaka leaving for Orlando City, via Sao Paulo, it is believed that Robinho, Alessandro Matri and M’Baye Niang must all find clubs elsewhere before a move for Cerci in particular is run through.
