According to reports in Italy, Aston Villa scouted Juventus midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur during yesterday’s match against Milan.
Goal.com’s Romeo Agresti claims Aston Villa scouted the former Boca man during yesterday’s Serie A clash against the Rossoneri. Bentancur played 89 minutes at San Siro with Adrien Rabiot replacing him for the final minutes of the match.

Locatelli and Bentancur are not a great paring under Allegri mainly due to his style of trying convert every midfielder into a deep lying defensive mid. Coutinho and Bentancur would actually make a great pairing I think.
